The ambiance is very casual and family oriented! I ordered a regular plate of pollo asado nachos and they turned out to be so tasty. I ordered to go, the service was very fast and I got my food in under 15-20min. The only thing is I would say the food was not hot when received, but it was still flavorful and packed with pollo asado, guacamole and sour cream. I haven't been here in forever since I no longer work in the shopping mall. Was in the area today so decided to stop by since I remember the food being good. I got some rolled tacos which were pretty good. However, not too sure when/if I will be back. Customer service goes a long way and their customer service was not great.
