Had me waiting on #5 spot for more than 20min while drive through cleared out with cars getting there after me. I had to get out and go inside to see what the hold up was. My food was just sitting on the counter with no one around. I had to ask anyone I saw if that was my food. Poor service!!!!

It's hilarious on McDonald's doesn't even try anymore in the dining room. Pretty much expect you to get cheap fast easy unhealthy fast food in the drive-thru, it's going to be quick it's going to be not as cheap as it used to be but an easy Buck for an easy meal........ But if you walk inside one of these places oh my God the nightmare.

I don't understand why it is so hard to make an order correctly. My kid likes his cheeseburgers with just meat and cheese. No matter how I order it, this location always messes it up. In the past I have refused to pull up and wait because of this. The staff is just rude.

just good fast food however, the young lady helped carry my food since I was pushing my son in his wheelchair. I thankful people like her still exist. The eating area needed cleaning. Located inside WalmartWheelchair accessibility: A few tables for wheelchair folks. Much appreciated
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had placed an order through the app for pick up and because of car issues was not able to make it to pick up. A few hours later I finally arrived at the restaurant and explained my situation and the manager told me that since I never picked up the order that I would receive a refund in a day or two and that if I didn't automatically receive it that i would have to reach out to customer service to get a refund. Since only they can issue a refund. So after reaching out to customer service they informed me that they have contacted the location about my request for a refund but that the store is the one who has to issue the refund! This experience has honestly made me not want to ever use the app again and I used to use it all the time!

THIS MC DONALDS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, BETWEEN THE MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEES NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD, CHARGING FOR NOT GIVING YOU WHATS SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED ON AN ITEM, LIKE THE CHEESE THATS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE FISH SANDWICH , WHICH I ORDERED 3 FISH SANDWICHES BUT THEY DIDN'T PUT THE CHEESE ON ANY OF THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND OVER CHARGE FOR THERE ITEMS......WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

I have a short break in my Medicare appointments, so McDonald's it is. I had the Big Mac combo for the first time in ages. Everything was prepared properly and quickly, which I needed. I was hungry and limited on time, and this hit the spot.
