I like this place. But recently, my experiences have been nothing less than unpleasant. Staff's customer service is nonexistent. Organization and timekeeping don't seem to be relevant. I have no intentions on coming back.

ZERO stars. Ignorant and very unfriendly staff with an unbelievably rude manager. I called to ask about prices and learn more about the venue but was rudely hung up on. I called back to speak to a manager, she was even more rude and couldn't give straightforward answers about the venue and pricing, "$4 to $5 per hour", I asked what makes the price difference and just wanted to learn more before coming in. She completely ignored my kindly asked questions and told me I should go to a different pool hall. I highly discourage anyone new to go here. AVOID this place and save your money and value as a human being, unless you want to be yelled at and hung up on by children for asking valid questions about pricing. From reading all the other reviews, #unfriendlystaff is a big theme here. Don't go here if you're having a bad day wanting to take your mind off with a good game of pool. The staff here are so unbelievably rude and bullying to customers that it is enough to turn someone's bad day into an even worse one. People in customer service who aren't kind and are willfully hurtful, suck, and they can really make a bad day worse, as the staff here did to me.

Great place. Been going here for 4+ months now at the time of this review and it’s a great place in my opinion. I prefer on cue over other locations that I have been around town. Great atmosphere, well maintained tables and facilities. The staff and the owner are great people, friendly and always polite. Definitely the regulars are polite and respectful people as well.

Horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter at the front with black hair was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. All I did was politely ask a simple question since this was my first time coming here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Asian dude running the place is total jerk. Maybe he was drunk.
The Asian owner is a terrible person. He owns the place but thinks he owns the people. Zero customer service. He doesn't know how to talk to patrons. He doesn't know how to respectfully ask a person to remove sealed water from the table. I feel sorry for the employees who work for him.
