Manager last night was extremely unprofessional and very rude. Slammed the window on us for being impatient after we rung the bell once when it said ring for service, they were short staffed and ill prepared and customer service was terrible.

This is a review for Willishia. She was our cashier, but she was the sweetest/kindest person ever. We were sad the slushie machine was down so she gave us a cup of nerds, told me my plushie in my car was cute, and split up our fry into several small fries so we could share.

It took 10 minutes for them just to take our order. Then another almost 30 for them to get our food out. Then when we finally got our food, it was wrong. So frustrated and running low on time by then end, we just drove away. Will not be coming back again.

The first time I said I wouldn't come back Since it takes forever 30 minutes for a single burger. But I wanted to give it another chance and here I find myself waiting an eternity again.
Well I didn’t read the reviews but yeah this place sucks! Visiting from out of town and we no longer have Rally’s there so I said wow let’s go . Big mistake food was cold employees are either high or ignorant. My change was $13.98 she gives me $13 and says well I don’t have change to give you lol . Like I’m not crying for .98 cents but she could have given me a dollar. But at least the fries were kinda hot.
Getti location, chick at window and ordering was rude and pushy, messed up our order and the chicken bites were nasty, for the price I'll go someplace else, and they need to nix the order chick, she's bad for business, only went there because it was late and limited options for food, avoid this location if I were you!!!? By the time we got home after getting our order corrected the food was cold........barf

Service was terrible, our food came out in BATCHES and on top of that, they messed up the nuggets and fries so we had to wait even longer! We have already been waiting for almost an HOUR prior to getting our drinks & then our burgers in batches.
Also, they had told us to park to wait for our food but WE were the ones that had to come out and go grab it ourselves.
Definitely hope the establishment can order more workers at this location since the quality of the food was good

This place sucks!!! And mind you this I live walking distance to this place and its either no parking due to people having to wait 20-30mins for there food. If your ordering a lot.. except to wait FOREVER!!! I mean you might even get you food the next day lol! With all jokes aside! I don’t understand (well I do! It lacks staff and good customer service) and when you do finally receive your food it’s not what it looks like, it all looks messy and it’s not even hot by the time you get it. And mind you this, this is my last time ordering here.. because while I’m sitting in my car waiting on my food I have time to write this review.. smh! And I did read the comments and the “Owner” responding with some silly (We will do whatever it is to fix this) it’s like nah buddy looks like you gotta do better because apparently nothing has changed. This rally at this area idk what it is about this rally location. It sucks. And I feel bad for the employee that at the cash register and handing me my food. It looks like whoever is in the back is not a team player. And they need to hire more experienced fast food workers because you food should be ready and not have to wait for such a long period of time and second.. I do believe some of there employees are just hanging out, on their phones and lack that service. I mean it shows. So, don’t take it from me.. but experience it yourself and if you agree.. give this post a thumbs up lol
