Terrible customer service. I ordered a meal via the Rubios app and was given a pick up time of 30 mins even though I only less than 5 mins from the store. The order never came. I called over ten times to the number located on the website but no one answered.
So I drove to the store because my girlfriend is pregnant and was craving rubios.
I explained the situation of how my meal was never delivered although in the app it showed as delivered.

A favorite for fresh coastal food. I’m a long time fan of the original Baja fish tacos. Lots of other choices and good fresh salsas. Good friendly service.
