First time trying this place. Met a few friends here for lunch. It was crowded and for good reasons. I tried the Wagyu Beef Shawarma Cheesesteak (18), which was generous and tasty. A side of fries was $4 and was a huge portion that I split with my wife and ended taking half of the sandwich home. My wife got the Wagyu Beef and Chicken Shawarma Bowl ($15), of which she also took half home. Try the garlic paste if you like garlic. The place was clean and bright, the crew were polite...

The absolute best middle eastern restaurant in San Diego. I used to go there food truck in San Diego I’m so glad they opened up multiple locations! I love coming to the La Mesa one! As an east country resident it is nice to have them in our back yard! The chicken cheese steak is a must try!
