Omelette was a little runny, and the silverware (even the plasticware) was not clean.

*I'm editing my review after this last visit. Today I invited a friend for breakfast. My meal was $14.49, hers was $10.99. I had water and she had milk. I did do a substitution, the pancakes for biscuits and gravy which I was told would be a $1 additional charge. Somehow our bill came out to $36 and change. It just doesn't add up even after considering the tax. Unfortunately their food quality has also diminished. The gravy for the biscuits tasted like raw flour. Very disappointing. My omelet was also dry and overcooked and did not have much of the spinach, mushrooms nor cheese inside. There were several bites that I ate where it was only egg.
I might still come back in the future, but today's visit was a huge disappointment and they need to improve their billing practices and their food prep.

Place is in serious need of repair. No A/C on in summer, so the doors were open to air out restaurant, so flies were getting in. Bathroom is located outside restaurant with a sign for handicapped to use a different restaurants bathroom 2 businesses away (ADA compliance?)

French toast was fine, for $10.50 was hoping it'd be something special.

We sat outside before the sun started cooking everything!! But there was a nice breeze and the food was great!
Can't wait to back and try more items the country fired steak was perfect not over crunchy or under cooked and the pancakes ? awesomeness.

Parking: Parking lot may be under construction but the street parking is a first come basis.

Great little spot for a quick breakfast!
Staff are friendly, fun, and quick with refills and check ins.
Food is tasty, cooked to order (you want extra crisp, they give you extra crispy), and good portions to fill you up.
They have free parking, it's a small lot however there are a few street parking spots available too.

Quaint hole-in-the-wall American style breakfast diner. Portion sizes are fill and cost is fair. Friendly servers, and good cooks. Will recommend it.

The food was pretty good for the price, not absolutely spectacular but it was a cute breakfast spot and I can’t complain about the pricing.
