Have been coming to SD almost 20 years visiting my sister and this is the 1st meal we always have and many to follow before we leave. Wish NYC had something like this place just all around great food !!
La Mesita has been our favorite go to Mexican food for a couple years now. However yesterday... in the early afternoon the food wasn't horrible! Old lettuce, bland, the meat didn't taste good the sopes had a taste of, I don't know... old food and no seasoning! What happened to my place?

It's my first time going here so I got surf and turf fries, it's taste so good. A lil bit spicy for me but overall it taste good as you eat it. I like how they cooked the fries it not soggy it's crispy.
