This place was awesome, does anyone know why they shut it down?

This starbucks is no loner there as of 02Jan2020. Not sure if they relocated or not, but it's no longer in the La Mesa Crossroads shopping center.

Hey, I'd a Starbucks. What else is there to say? Either you like paying premium prices for premium service and quality products or you don't. This location is not a drive rhru. I guess it's been awhile since I've been to this particular location, because I was caught off guard when I realized that the restrooms were no longer gender specific, i.e. MALES in one and FEMALES using the other. I waited for almost 15 minutes to use the use the men's room, before I noticed a lady going into the back towards the rest rooms, when I saw they were gender neutral. REALLY???

This is it not my first time in to this Starbucks but it is the first time I've been in here late in the evening. It's was cold outside and there were a lot of non paying, maybe possibly homeless people (because of all there bags and belongings?) that were in there & on the patio area outside. The lady who I was there to meet with arrived and saw this and didn't want to come in. It's sad but it's reality and even though I was okay, some people are not and I have to understand all sides. The store was going to be closing at 8:30 anyway so we went elsewhere. Still a good Starbucks.

Everytime I come here there are 10+ tables with people sitting in them. Never too bad of a line at the counter though. Staff here are helpful.

The service is great and everyone is very friendly. I feel comfortable there.

Had my tall pike and tried the classic coffee cake, let me just say it was delicious, soft, warm and awesome buttery flavor, I'll have the same tomorrow.

Good service, quick receipt of food and coffee. Maybe wasn't the busiest time of day but there were lots of people in the store.

I live next door, so I mean I come here almost daily. My food always tastes great & my drinks are on point. All the employees are nice! They do get very busy specially the mornings mobile orders that tend to get backed up.

Probably the worst experience I've had at any Starbucks. Understaffed. Baristas completely overwhelmed to the point where they are having to remake drinks then having an attitude because they didn't do it the way it was originally ordered. Shame on the owners or management honestly.
