When you verbally commit to a non-profit to supply coffee for their event, you can't say no the day of the event. Benjamin, the manager really screwed us, and we had to go to McDonald's next door for coffee from them. I have spent the last two days telling the thousands of people on social media about the poor customer service that Starbucks offered on Saturday, and the exceptional customer service that McDonald's offered.
A typical business hears from only 4 percent of its dissatisfied customers. The other 96 percent just quietly go away and 91 percent will never come back.
WHY: because 68 percent quit because of an attitude of indifference toward the customer by the owner, manager or an employee. (This means You Benjamin!)
