I stopped by this subway today and was very disappointed. I ordered two foot longs online and I was upset with the outcome. I asked for extra lettuce and tomato, and didn't get it. When I came in and I asked for sauce on the side because I was traveling and didn't want the bread to get soggy. I was told I couldn't get the amount of sauce that I wanted. I wasn't asking for an absurd amount for two foot long subs. I'm traveling and wanted to put them on at liberty. I didn't know there was a max amount of sauce I was able to put on my foot long subs. I even tipped them. I love subway and have never had an issue at any location before.

The girls were wonderful...Nazil was great specially attentive to my words. You see I have a very deep and difficult accent and this young lady is a true professional. She listened and created a perfect #10 Sub for me. Subway is very fortunate to have her on board. The restaurant is clean. And Mary also greeted treated everyone pleasantly. Rest a certain that I'll be coming back.Parking: Parking right in front of store. Plenty of it also. Area clean and neat.

Ordered online. Although it said the order was ready, I waited to receive my sandwiches. Upon getting to work I realized both of my orders were incorrect. Who doesn't toast a steak sandwich or melt the cheese? On top of this they got most of the toppings and sauces wrong. I called asking for my money back...no. The owner emailed me back giving me a one week window to give them a chance to remake the order instead of giving money back. But after a few bad trips here that's not going to happen. Save yourself and go to any other location not owned by Ejaz Mohammad.

Came in for a quick bite before hitting gym, it was quick and easy. However there seems to be an awful potent smell coming from next door Neil salon. It smells alon like Neil polish or some sort of chemical. Horrible.

I got there at 8:30 and they had the doors locked and they wouldnt attend me because they need to close by 9:00. It makes no sense if they're going to lock the doors and not attend people at 8:30 tp close by 9 they should change their closing time.

They only accept coupons of $6.99 for the cheaper meat sandwiches. There seems to be new ownership that are not from this country and very money hungry. With times being very expensive, coupons matter to some of us. This is not a good spot anymore. The homeless population is getting a lot worse outside this store as well. I don't recommend going here.

Everyone know what the subway is, but this location does not even have wifi. Tables were dirty, and floor was sticky - nasty.

Tarayaki chicken is undercooked and smells raw. I got sick from that food. The employees needs to cook the food proper way or the customers will get sick. Food borne illness is very serious. The food is gross and I honestly saw employee hating the smell. I feel those meats was cooked probably early hours and not replaced. This is serious hazard honestly and I regret buying food here. A giant fast food chain with gross food. The employee didn't care about the bad food and served it. Your better off eating street food from venders, at least their food is freshly cooked.

The new ownership is very greedy concerning coupons. I made sure to ask how many restaurants they own (10) 1 in La Mesa 2 in El cajon. 1 in oceanside is all i could get for info, but i did this, so that I can be sure to avoid the franchise owners completely.
