We had Eggs Benedict. They were the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had, and I've had a lot. The menu was full of delicious breakfast items. With dutch pancakes filled with berries and Dutch waffles. The waitress and helper were very attentive and the coffee was sooo good I had to get a cup to go. The prices are commensurate with the dishes. With such a large menu you can find something for breakfast even for the pickiest eater. Start your day out right with a good breakfast from the Pancake House. Highly recommended.

Sunshine Pancake House has the BEST pancake menu and delicious generous servings. They have a great selection of tons of other favorites of mine to choose from like Rib Eye Steak & Eggs. Outstanding service too from our server even though it was busy. Omelets are oven baked, so they take a little longer, but they come out with a crisp exterior but a delicious lava hot interior. The mimosas were a pleasant and delicious surprise. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious and served with the right amount butter.

Food was delicious. Ordered shrimp omelette with veggies cheese and Hollandaise sauce and pretty stuffed including shrimp The pancake and waffle were pretty good and just order plain. At first service was kinda slow and there was a mild issue with the waitress but service in general was good and she made it a point to apologize and gave us yummy strawberries and whipped cream and discount coupon for when we come back which we will. So would have been a 4 at first but they definitely made up for her and it was not a big deal so 5 it is!
Portions are large and well prepared feels like a small town Cafe very down to home feel.

Really great pancakes and other food. We had the steak and eggs, a large ribeye. I upgraded to the pecan pancakes. So delicious! Pancakes are served with a lot of butter and sweet cream. They also provide warm, homemade orange marmalade. Staff is really friendly. I will definitely return.
