Not a big fan. I think they add "too much" sugar. They have a sugar free version but it contains tons of peanut , so it's a DEATH TRAP for those with peanut allergy, which is pretty much everyone these days!

Just have a small sample, you'll see how LOADED it's with all the sugar. I think it should be illegal to have this much sugar in a yogurt ice cream. Someone should take a sample and send it somewhere because this can get people hooked easily not because of the taste, but because of the deadly amounts of heaps of sugar added.

Parking: It's hard to get inside the parking lot and hard to get out. There is no place to sit down and eat . It's in the corner of a busy intersection. I would go elsewhere if you are looking for a place to sit down and enjoy - unless you want cars and trucks exhaust and noise in your face.

Small place but lots of options, especially for toppings. The gentleman working got a little flustered because a few of the flavors ran out when we ordered but it wasn't his fault. He was very apologetic and gave us a little discount. Good price point for what you get as well. Will definitely come back.

Miss Mills needs too step in here and make improvements.

I had yogurt ice cream at The Yogurt Mill for the first time this past week and was very pleased with the atmosphere, customer service and what I ordered. I had the chocolate yogurt ice cream with milk chocolate chips in a medium size and it was perfect and delicious - and I am particular about what I like in yogurt ice cream because they are not all the same in quality.The owner of the business was very pleasant and helpful and the store was attractive and clean. We go to La Mesa's main street now and then and now I know where to go in the future for great yogurt ice cream there.

Parking is a problem in La Mesa so I’ll drive the same 5.5 miles to the Broadway location (El Cajon).

Yogurt Mill in La Mesa, a delightful spot for a sweet treat. Their self-serve frozen yogurt bar offers a variety of flavors and toppings. My favorite combination? Mango sorbet with coconut flakes and honey drizzle. It's refreshing and delicious!

Friendly staff and good frozen yogurt. I ordered a small and was happily surprised with how much I got.

We had such a friendly welcome and got the cheesecake and strawberry protein yogurt smoothies. Definitely a nice treat after a workout! We will be returning ☺️
