Big Bros Hawaiian Grill

Where have you guys been all my life?! First time here and I tried the Moco Loco. I have had moco loco before years ago somewhere else but they closed. After that I couldn’t find the energy to get it somewhere else thinking the taste and satisfaction couldn’t be matched. But man, Big Bros Hawaiian Grill matched and exceeded! I’ll be coming back with my family this time <3

Tried this place today. The barber shop placed a big order and omg the ribs were so good with lots of flavor. Coming back to try the chicken 👍

Not at all impressed with my 1st visit. Food was mediocre. Serious absence of sauces. No katsu sauce and no teriyaki sauce. No ICE for our drinks. What restaurant does not have ice? Angus steak was not hot or even warm. It was dry and tasted like it has been sitting around for a few hours. The pork katsu meat looked dark and old. So much so that we barely took 1 bite and just left. Disappointing. Hawaiian Ono is a better value.

This was my favorite terriyaki place to order from weekly. But felt disappointed with every order lately. Today was the worst service. Where the cashier was rude from phone order to meeting him during pickup. Always came with one scoop of rice. But today non with my order and when I called missing rice. The guy said it never came with rice. Last time visiting here. Grand opening portions were huge, but now half the portion. Too bad a good spot is not consistent. Hope the business reviews customers feedback. 10/9 6:30 the guy just rude. Yelling orders on the phone and in a pissy attitude. That is the face of the business. Need to hire better.

The meat is flavored and cooked perfect and delicious however the lack of Mayo in the Mac has me puzzled. Whos idea was it to serve absolutely no mayo in the Mac salad?

I’ll admit this restaurant is very well clean & organized with outstanding customer service. Their food is not bad, the meats are pretty good so are the rice however, today as I gotten their beef bowl with macaroni salad…it tasted a little funny. Now I’d prefer to stick to L&L Hawaiian bbq.

Make sure you order ahead or you're dead last on their priority list. Which is funny because their online ordering doesn't even work. Do you have to call in your order? Sure it's made to order, only this is the only place making me wait 25-30 minutes for made to order food.
