I have mixed feelings about this place. While it has been my go to spot on rainy days this past season, it's been a hit or miss. Sometimes it's like the best pho ever and other times the meat is really undercooked and the broth wasn't hot enough to cook it further which resulted in a rather rubbery experience. All in all, I think I will continue to come back as everything else was enjoyable.
The guy in this location knows what's he's doing. Very quick, very professional and very polite overall. Erick runs this business nice and smooth regardless of the amount of people. In addition this location is always clean.
