I love ding tea the menu is so good but this certain employee needs to chill. I went in around 1:15pm-1:35pm the worker at that time was rude and seemed like she hated working there or it was her first job ever. No greeting no nothing had the rudest looking face im not sure what I did wrong to her she didn’t say hi she didn’t tell me the total she didn’t call out my drink when it was ready. right as I left a group of 3 white guys and one girl came and she was acting normal she greeted them warmly as by soon as they came in this cashier also kept on asking me if I wanted to buy more items and I kept saying no that’ll be all just this one drink like she wanted a bigger total for the tip or something. Not sure if she was acting nicer bc they were white or if she just hated how I looked tbh idk what to do might just have to not come anymore which is a shame bc I love the quality of the drinks and food. If she gave good service I would’ve tipped well and asked for her manager to compliment the drinks and service tell the manager to give her a raise but no . Such a shame I felt so out of place and unwelcome. Do not come here if you are alternative looking or not white.

First time here. The workers were all polite, kind and helpful. I got a Hokkaido Black Oolong Boba tea with Coconut Crystal boba. Pretty darn good. The fries are alright. They aren't the crispiest and get soggy quick but they still taste good. Would definitely recommend this place

I was craving a drink and some snacks, this spot got it right!
I had a strawberry matcha latte with extra toppings and it was delicious, very filling and a huge size. The popcorn chicken was also really good but the fish balls were phenomenal and my favorite.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items!

The strip mall atmosphere for this location is kind of diminished, seating inside. Also, not very exciting, yet the teas and the assortment is outstanding.

Ding tea will never be the place for the best drinks you have, but will always be a solid choice for standard milk and fruit teas. Their coffee drinks are okay, but their Yakult and yogurt drinks are excellent.

So this place is not that bad, the food is good, the drinks are bomb, the only problem I have is this one Asian worker, he messed up on orders couple times, and he has pimples on his face, I saw him like scratch it and like mess with his pimples and he was touching the drinks like dude eww, unhealthy made me kind of throw up in my mouth, if he touches his face he should wash his hands before touching the cups
