As I wait in line to order my coffee, I get Kelsey who came up to my window and asked what I would like. I asked if she knew how to order a drink off the app that is all sugar free due to me being diabetic. She was apologetic because there is no specific area that breaks down for me to “build my own” with the proper ingredients I needed.
