I ordered sandwiches via their website including 2 Pepsi’s. One pepsi has been opened and then returned to the refrigerator. I tried calling but they would not answer the phone. I would not recommend this store.

I hope you like shards of metal in your sandwich! Not kidding. This Jersey Mike's location has never given me trouble in the past. The customer service is okay, the cleanliness is fine, and they promptly prepare your order. However, yesterday I picked up a to-go order with a hot cheesesteak sandwich. About halfway through, I bit down on something too hard to just be meat cartilage. When I took it out of my mouth, I saw that it was a shard of metal/aluminum. My wife and I immediately stopped eating and I called the store. The gentleman who picked up the phone initially offered me another sandwich. I guess this is what they're trained to say, management? But I didn't want to risk choking and/or medical complications again by swallowing sharp metal. So I said no thanks. I asked for a refund, and after a few minutes on hold, I was told that no refund could be offered over the phone since I paid for one of my sandwiches using Shore Points. So, the worker took my name down and offered me the chance to come in the next day to receive a full refund. So, today I walk in and ask if I may receive a refund. Lo and behold, the worker tells me the store cannot issue me a refund of my Shore Points, so he offers me another sandwich. I told him I did not want another sandwich, I only wanted my money and points back. He kindly refunded my cash but told me that points could not be refunded in-store and that I needed to call customer service. I was not provided with a customer service number, however, and Jersey Mike's does not list it on their website. Instead, they have a "Comment Form." So, I am waiting for a reply from corporate. I guess it's good I didn't swallow this shard of metal, or we would have probably had a lawsuit on our hands. Please be warned. And parents, do not come here to buy your children sandwiches as they may swallow something dangerous like this. The timid reaction of the store was not acceptable. Amidst my call and visit, I only received one apology. In reality, though, I don't need an apology, but I do need this business to do better in not putting customers at risk.

Never been disappointed before at the La Mirada store. Tonight was THE DISAPPOINTMENT NIGHT, so called Manager Joe, tried to brush off the oregano off my sandwich , because he wasn't paying attention . Told him earlier not to put it on, than he decided tried to brush it off , even when I mentioned to do another sandwich cause of allergic to oregano. He than became rude when preparing another one and I asked Joe to change his gloves. I have never seen the store station of service, so dirty . Joe threw his gloves on the floor when I asked him to get a new one. I respect people of good service and they should respect the customers, as well.

Just watched the La Mirada store weigh the meat on my sandwich. Highly disappointed as all the other jersey mikes stores don't do that. Would recommend going to another store if you want your moneys worth.

$2.50 to add cheese ? Ridiculous! Visited another location last month and wasn't charged for cheese. Subway doesn't charge for cheese.

Horrible experience at La mirada store! Amada rufused to accommodate their lack of having the products they sell. When I asked to speak to the manager, Amada went and whispered in his ear to back her. Amada continued to have an attitude and make passive aggressive comments. When I asked to speak to the district manager, Ryan told me to come back in 2 hours. When I went back two hours later to speak to her, Amada continued with her passive aggressive behavior. After leaving my number for the manager, Amada laughs and tells me to have a wonderful day very sarcastically. This all continued to happen in front of Ryan the manager, who made sure to spell his name out so I knew who to complain about. It's sad how a store management would support such low life behaviors!

This jersey mikes has the best customer service! I love coming here for lunch. The manager Ryan is the best! He’s always so helpful. I will always go back to this location it’s the best!

Super disappointed. Restaurant closed at 9pm. Arrived at 8:47pm and walked in and asked for a sandwich only to be turned away and was told sorry we're closed. If the store closes at 9:00pm I'm assuming the employees are paid til 9:30pm or 10pm. Not the first issue with this particular jersey mikes. I think it's time for a new manager. Terrible customer service.

No point of ordering online. Currently in the store and I placed my order 20 mins ago I come in there's 3 ppl in line and my order is still not ready. No use of ordering ONLINE
