Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I had a few samples that all tasted so sour. Then I went with my usual toasty marshmallow and a little bit of chocolate. The chocolate was super sour and I saw the B rating on the door - I should have thrown it away and left. I started getting sick in the middle of the night and two days later, I’m till sick. I’ve lost over 5 pounds from being this sick. I’ll never go back to Menchies in La Mirada again.

We stopped here for some dessert after eating lunch nearby. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience with the yogurt being grainy and runny. The staff aren’t very inviting and just stood there talking instead of welcoming their guests. They did have a lot of toppings but the seats and tables were dirty and not cleaned. There was even a point when both staff members went to the back and left the front area with no service person, even with customers coming in. This is not an establishment we’re going to return to.

Gnats!! Gnats all over the fruit, under the sneeze barrier, just flying around like it’s the thing to do. Was super gross and the employee was definitely aware and didn’t do anything. Never returning to this location.

Came here after lunch with my kids for some good dessert. Instead got disappointed. When we walked in cashier seemed to be lost. And the "fresh" toppings they have are not so fresh. Best thing they have here is the pineapple dole whip. Other than that way below expectations for this brand.and when it came time to pay the cashier was gone and we had to wait for her to come back. While our froyo was melting. I don't think I'll be back here.

We were here today after school the attendant was so unfriendly that's not how you greet your clients when they walk into a business and people will try to go in Inside and it was only 3 o'clock and she said I'm sorry we're close and she walked out who knows where she went but the signsays open, And people trying to go inside

Poor customer service, the attendant there ignore us most of the time due to be focusing more on her phone. If this place had a self check out, it would have been a better experience.We asked for lids and spoons, but the attendant just walked away on us to be on her phone.

Couldn’t even tell you how this place was due to them closing early. Guess they don’t need more business than they already had today. Google, Yelp, and their own website all say they close at 10 on Fridays. Sign on the door is marked 9:30. SO WHY ARE THE DOORS LOCKED AT 9:10????? A business could not show less consideration for their customers by not being open during their posted hours. Took my time and burned my gas to give them business and this is how they show appreciation.

Great Fro-yo, and the clerk was friendly!

Second time spending 40$ on ice cream that was terrible. Seeing as though this is my second time guess shame on me. The lady at the register claimed management is never there to fix the machines, so my banana pudding yogurt was very soft and melted coming out. Many of the flavors were out due to the machines, and there were gnats on all of the fruit. My daughter who is 3, literally had a swig of yogurt and the price was the same as mines which was loaded. She said it was based on weight when clearly, my 3yr old yogurt weighed no more than the cup itself. Scam and a waste of money.

Door closed I arrived at 4:15pm and no note on return time only that they are on break. For how long I wonder ?

Bad customer service closed 30 min before actual closing time and workers left at 9:40 when they close at 10 pm

I'm going to be completely honest here. I have not had frozen yogurt in a pretty long time, and this franchise is the reason why. Not only was the frozen yogurt pretty bad, the topping utensils were fairly unsanitary. I had gone an hour before closing time, plenty of time right? My family and I get to the store with no customers and two workers already prepping to close. They were refilling one of the yogurt machines and laughing about how they were spilling the yogurt all over the floor. At 8:30, thirty minutes before closing, they had locked the doors and turned down about TEN costumers beforehand as they were cleaning and putting chairs away. So sad to see an excited little girl get turned down and sent home without any frozen yogurt. Ruined my night :/ Do NOT COME HERE
