I really want to salute Matthew and JP they are both excellent people they made sure to get us everything we needed and more, they really made us feel welcome and accounted for like being at a family gathering they made sure we got all our items really fast and it tasted as if they didn't rush, both definitely deserve full recognition for their works because they really made my experience perfect, I made sure they knew they did a great job my whole party of 6 was satisfied will 100 percent come back.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Pizzas look like crap, and they charged me extra for chicken on a pesto margarita pizza on my receipt and gave me a dull looking pesto margarita pizza with no chicken.

I was there for 10 minutes to place an order. There was no cashier. One employee was sitting on a customer chair looking at his phone like i didnt exist all the tables were dirty with utensils and dirty dishes. It was a horrible and disgusting experience

With all due respect, but a $40 pizza with ham and pepperoni seems very expensive to me, that's why this restaurant is always empty. It has sky-high prices and isn't as good as other restaurants. I don't recommend it for this reason.
I go here at least once a week, on the weekends when I have my two kids we get the large pizza. Pizza sauce and very inexpensive. Got to love that Pizza Hut taste 🤤🍕🍕

I placed my order online. When I went in to pay, it's cash only. I handed them a 100 dollar bill, and they refused to take it. Horrible customer service. Next time, let your customers know it's cash only and that you only accept small bills. Do not waste your customers' time.

The store clerk Evelyn was very rude to a customer in front of me. The customer whispered to ask her a question and she replied out loud " we don't accept EBT right now because the EBT machine is not working " after she said that, the customer left the store embarrassed. Every customer waiting for a pizza was dissatisfied. Another customer asked for his money back because they took too long in making his pizza. I was the third person in line and waited in line over 10 minutes. She also seemed upset when she realized I left her no tip for carry-out. Definitely not going back ever! This all happened on 11/8/2024 at 6:49 pm. Ticket #97 ticket #84 invoice #69 The pizza was ok.
