I placed my order online. When I went in to pay, it's cash only. I handed them a 100 dollar bill, and they refused to take it. Horrible customer service. Next time, let your customers know it's cash only and that you only accept small bills. Do not waste your customers' time.

The store clerk Evelyn was very rude to a customer in front of me. The customer whispered to ask her a question and she replied out loud " we don't accept EBT right now because the EBT machine is not working " after she said that, the customer left the store embarrassed. Every customer waiting for a pizza was dissatisfied. Another customer asked for his money back because they took too long in making his pizza. I was the third person in line and waited in line over 10 minutes. She also seemed upset when she realized I left her no tip for carry-out. Definitely not going back ever! This all happened on 11/8/2024 at 6:49 pm. Ticket #97 ticket #84 invoice #69 The pizza was ok.

This Pizza Hut is extremely inefficient. The management team should all be fired. Ordered my pizza and paid for it at 3 pm in the store-pick up time was 6 PM. When I arrived at 6, the store was full of people who ordered pizzas. All being told the wait was 1-2 hours. Many had made orders hours ago on-line. I was told my order was a timed order and therefore other others that came in pushed mine back. The biggest slap-the refund would not be returned for 3-5 business days. There are other pizza places in La Mirada. Pizza Hut isnt that good for the value and since they obviously dont care for customer service-I would not recommend it.

Two people working on a Saturday afternoon with so many orders, it was crazy. I understand that the workers were stressed. Please put more staff!! I waited 30 minutes for my order, the guy comes and tells me that they haven't even made it yet and it will take more than 30 minutes. I wasted my time and cancelled the whole thing.
