We came during lunch and it was packed. Recommended to add yourself on the waitlist before driving over. Our waittime was about 45 mins to one hour.
Had a good selection of food in the salad bar, but wished they had the more classic item for hot pot, like squash, fried tofu, and chrysanthemum greens. Opportunity for great service being missed if the staff were better trained.. the male Asian servers should be friendlier and more polite and more engaging, a smile here and there greetings of hello and goodbye, would be appreciated.. Good food is half the equation and you guys have that covered but the service side needs work..
