In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket...

we were headed on a small road trip and had to start off with some coffee in the morning and we placed an order for our drinks with no issue. we arrived and the drive thru line was really backed up so we were glad we ordered online. we went inside and after a small wait our drinks were ready. we went outside and the very busy drive thru line disappeared and there was nobody else so they must've served everyone very quickly. it's a bit of a smaller parking lot because...

Coffee and service is what you expect from Starbucks. What sets this location apart is the fairly large indoor dining area and the community resource like the free book grab and coloring activity that was available. The dining area also acts as a storage for the store's extra merchandise.
