The staff here are helpful, which is why I gave 3 stars. The store itself needs a lot of improvements. I feel bad because I have encountered impatient customers being so rude to the staff. Sometimes it looks like only one staff making the sandwiches. I get that sometimes it takes too long to get your sandwich but some people just need to cook at home if they don't want to wait or feel the need to lash out at other people. I have been here a couple times and the last time I encountered a lady being so mean to the young gentleman at the food counter. There was a line and she was giving him such a hard time about a lid and then rolling her eyes making petty comments to him, it was utterly childish. I spoke up and a few other guests waiting in line spoke up too, asking her to calm down, the young man was trying his best and trying not to remove his gloves while making a sandwich. She ran out of the store like a mad woman. I wish the owner would not put these staff in a position to deal with this.

Went there ordered to footlong sandwiches there's no sign saying they do not accept coupons I left the sandwiches the owner ought to have a sign out there saying no coupons accepted ?

45 min not able to get combo soda and teas out no cup lids missing wrong cheese asked for pepper Jack and was told this is it I will never go there again and I advise you if you see a large Hispanic man name Eric working there don't go there as well as a matter of fact stay away from that one go to the one off of Whittier Boulevard his name is

Hello LaMirada resident I went to the free sub sandwich giveaway today at this location. The workers were doing well until the owner came out with a rude attitude towards the customers. As I was checking out he made a rude comment as to saying make sure next time you come pay for your food. I did not appreciate his Sarcastic comment. I been going to this location for numerous years I will no longer be giving my business to this location. I will make sure to let all my friends, family & neighbors know as well.

There is an elderly lady who works there, you ask her for things, she doesn't give them to you as you ask, I want her to charge me extra for that, she didn't want to wear it, she set me up and I told her I asked for it roasted, I'm going to pay for it and she didn't he wanted to toast and I told him I won't pay you if you don't give it to me as I ask and he put them in I kill him I take it off and toast it and the same bread, all disassembled, he put it back together again

I visited on a Sunday around 5pm. Only one employee working and five customers on line. It took me about 40 minutes to get my sandwich. And there's no restroom available.

The boy working at the counter was very polite despite the rude (women) manager/owner. I came in and bought a bottle of water and asked to PURCHASE a plastic bowl, the one they make salads in. The manager refused and was very dismissive when I tried to explain I was buying the water for my dog. I was offering to pay for the bowl and the woman was rude. Won't be back to this Subway.

This La Mirada location, very close to our home, used to be very good, but the last year or so it's really been hit and miss with more misses than hits. My biggest complaint is discovering old stale bread on repeated occasions. I have changed bread with our own after we got it home. So, we just don't eat Subway any longer.
My review today is strictly for one employee. I was getting my dog groomed so I ran in to get a Diet Coke at about 12:15 on a Thursday and there were about five people ahead of me. Then I noticed there was just one poor soul behind the counter... Seth. He was so cool under pressure and strictly followed all of the safety protocol in between making a sandwich and handling money and going onto the next person, and he even had to unload the oven at one point and he was extremely apologetic. All of the other customers that were waiting felt the same way I do and told him what a great job he was doing, but I doubt if they'll take the time to leave a review because it is my experience that people usually only leave comments when they are dissatisfied. But anyway kudos to Seth and his great attitude and work ethic!

This place needs to be shut down. The veggies are black and old the avocado was black and they were putting it on my sandwich I had to ask for a new one, how could they serve this. The way they assemble the sandwiches is insane. Every single item has come out and the bread is split open.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The one on Rosecrans Ave is 100% better and they actually accept coupons! Tried using my coupon here and they don't accept them. So if you're trying to use those coupons you get in the mail go to a different subway because they won't accept them here & the employers don't know why they don't take coupons! It makes no sense!!!
