The staff here are helpful, which is why I gave 3 stars. The store itself needs a lot of improvements. I feel bad because I have encountered impatient customers being so rude to the staff. Sometimes it looks like only one staff making the sandwiches. I get that sometimes it takes too long to get your sandwich but some people just need to cook at home if they don't want to wait or feel the need to lash out at other people. Went there ordered to footlong sandwiches there's no sign saying they do not accept coupons I left the sandwiches the owner ought to have a sign out there saying no coupons accepted ?

This La Mirada location, very close to our home, used to be very good, but the last year or so it's really been hit and miss with more misses than hits. My biggest complaint is discovering old stale bread on repeated occasions. I have changed bread with our own after we got it home. So, we just don't eat Subway any longer.
