Place was clean and food was really good but service was horrible! Other reviews said the same. They had my son waiting a while for a drink refill until I went to get it myself. After eating our meals, I went to get a drink refill and they just ignored me and had me wait a while as well. 2 ladies didn't acknowledge me or the gentleman serving.Even a customer stated that it wasn't kool to have me wait a while for a refill. If you advertise free refills, then give it!...

I truly love the food here — it’s always incredible, and that’s the reason we keep coming back. However, the customer service has been very inconsistent. In the past, some of the staff have had an attitude and haven’t been very friendly, which often makes us feel unwelcome.
