Well, services through drive thru not good, l said hello, he said nothing but my total I told him again I am using the app still says nothing but turns to register does his thing ,turns to me says total give him the money hands me my change and food, I say thank you he says nothing, food (cheeseburger honestly looks as if they just slapped it together, very sloppy put together. Won't be going back to this location, no wonder why this location was dead, no customers.

Jakqueline was working the window today @2:26pm needs to learn human decency and manners. I had a couple questions on coupons and she was very rude in her responses. Her tone was very condescending and made me feel less than a human. Upon getting to the window she didn't even have the decency to look at me in the face when handing my order. I've also never encountered a person who didn't greet someone with a "thank you" or "have a nice day". This is rock bottom customer service. Being a kind human being makes a difference and she needs to learn that.

This joint has long been felt to be going downhill, and the lackluster staff prove it. Even the manager is going through the motions, not even lifting a finger, let alone going the extra mile, to assist with the packaging, ensure it is tight and secure. He simply watches customers walk out the door with wobbly and loose items.
