This joint has long been felt to be going downhill, and the lackluster staff prove it. Even the manager is going through the motions, not even lifting a finger, let alone going the extra mile, to assist with the packaging, ensure it is tight and secure. He simply watches customers walk out the door with wobbly and loose items.
I started going to this Wendy's about a month ago and every time I go there everyone is so friendly and they always get my order right. Shout-out to the Manager for running such a friendly, efficient and clean restaurant. I go out of my way to go to this Wendy's.
