“Excellent experience. My colleague and I stopped here for lunch. We are both Popeyes fans. The restaurant was clean and modern. You place your food order through the kiosk. The customer service was excellent, the staff was very friendly. Definitely felt like a valued customer. The food was fresh and appealing to the eyes. Negative comment is Popeyes is expensive. That said I’ll be back.“

“Not sure how they got them but Lucia and Andie were amazing. Like deserve a raise amazing 😉. Service was exceptional. They could easily work anywhere. The food was hot. The sauces were good but they really made my experience excellent. The chicken as a bell for food is hilarious. Drink was never empty and left with a full belly. My bill seemed a little expensive but tbh I felt comfortable and that is worth it. I would recommend to anyone wanting some non-grilled wings. Fried to perfection. They only slightly negative thing I have to say is the corn was lack luster imo (I ate it all though so couldn't be that bad). Wish I got the cooks name as well because he was pretty awesome when I had a brief interaction with him. They are doing it right here. Also the hats are cheaper than lids discount rack. I will say though, get some new hats so I can buy 1! It you looking for terrible food, expensive video games and overpriced beer Id stay away. But it you want some decent food, want to meet some good people and honestly just have a good night out, I'd go here.“

“My favorite secret Korean fried chicken spot. Some shops are so big in advertising but fried chicks don't taste fresh. This place is a hole in a wall almost hiding in a deli only foodies know. It seems like a family owned business, I have tried all the popular chains for KFC but this one is juicy, very crunchy on the outside, and seasoned just right!!! It comes with a little side of carrots and celery keeps me from the guilt of eating fried food. Support this business! It's the best in my area I think.“

“I love wings! So when a Coworker brought me to this place and I was a bit skeptical but was ultimately blown away. They didn't have the flavors I'm used to but the ones they did have were terrific!
First time trying sweet and spicy and first time trying Mango Cart beer. The mix was delicious can't wait to go back.

“First time trying Crimson Coward and was a bit hesitant due to the higher than average costs for Hot Chicken... but let me tell you... they're chicken is ON POINT!

The chicken is super tender, fresh, crispy, and best of all - HALAL... the breading is probably the best I've had of all the hot chicken places I've tried. I tried the Medium spice level and it was perfect for me. It had the perfect heat level / kick and with their tasty ranch, it was perfect!

But the best part of my meal here was the excellent service I received from the 2 guys working, Jeremiah and Angel... these guys know how to treat customers, especially when it's your first time. Gave me the perfect recommendation and went above and beyond to make sure my first-time experience was nothing short of amazing. Well done, fellas. Thank you. We ordered the Honey Garlic Steak and Shrimp as everyone recommended and it was PHENOMENAL and my baby daughter almost finished her Breakfast JR because she was so full and definitely enjoyed it. “After seeing this on Grub with Greg, I decided to try it out since it was close to my brother's house. I ordered some pastrami guys and a chili cheese pastrami pizza. The fries were good but I thought it would have done chili as well but I was wrong. Wish it did have chili tho. The pizza was pretty good. I enjoyed it. The place was pretty packed which is a good sign for good reason. Will come back to try the taco tuesday.“

I ordered the Smoky Burger meal, which comes with fries and a drink. Let me start with the burger: the meat was cooked to perfection, high-quality, and packed with flavor. The bread was hot and fresh, and the portion size was generous. The fries were crispy, and the meal as a whole left me feeling full and satisfied. What really impressed me was how I didn’t feel bloated or sluggish afterward, which is rare for a burger meal.

Firefly Burger has officially become my go-to spot for cheat meals. I’m excited to explore the rest of the menu next time!

“If you’re looking for a trendy twist on Korean cuisine, Chan Chan is a great spot to check out! They offer classic Korean dishes but with modern flavor updates and presentation that’s both delicious and affordable.

Instead of traditional paper menus, you’ll need to scan a QR code at the table or check out the clear, easy-to-read menu on the wall. They keep the options concise, making ordering a breeze.

What I ordered:
▶️ Spicy & Sweet Tuna Kimbap 참치 김밥 – $9.99
The tuna had a creamy texture, wrapped up in perfectly cooked rice and seaweed. The size of each roll was about 1.5 times bigger than your usual kimbap—definitely not a one-bite deal!

▶️ Fried Chicken Tenders 치킨 텐더스 (4-5 pieces) – $13.99
I chose the chicken tenders during their lunch special. These tenders were made with chicken breast, so I felt healthier and lighter. I paired them with sweet garlic sauce (스윗갈릿), which had a hint of mustard and a touch of sweetness—definitely a unique flavor that you won’t find at traditional Korean restaurants, but it was so good!

▶️ Rose Pasta 로제파스타 – $17.99
Rose pasta is super popular in Korea, and even available in convenience stores too! The sauce is a mix of red (tomato) and white (cream) sauces, often available as a pre-made mix at grocery stores (just look for “cream cheese rose sauce”). Every restaurant seems to have their own take on this dish.
In Korea, it’s usually slightly spicy, but although Chan Chan marked it as spicy, I didn’t really taste any. The portion was massive— enough for 2-3 people to share!

The plating here is on point, with thoughtful presentation that’s perfect for photos. Even the dishes and containers have a more modern, stylish vibe compared to typical Korean restaurants.

The banchan (side dishes) were lighter in flavor, with kimchi and pickled radish that weren’t too sour, making them more suited to international palates.

Oh, and a clean restroom is always a bonus for me (yes, I’m one of those people who always checked the bathroom cleanliness! ).

Chan Chan is definitely on my list for a return visit! They also have another location in Irvine.

If you’re craving traditional Korean food, you might have to head over to Garden Grove or a little bit north for more variety, but Chan Chan is a great option for something a little different in the Huntington Beach area.

“It’s a wings place located in the Cudahy shopping mall. I tried their wings in Atomic and Sweet and Spicy sauces. Ten pieces was $20 or $2 per wing. These two sauces are very good. Atomic sauce is quite spicy so be warned. Looks the wings are deep fried and then the sauces are poured over at the end. Cooking time was about 10 mins. Deep fry was done just right as the internal meat was still moist. Other wing joints over fry their wings and they turn out dry and texture is like eating a piece of wood. Here the seasoning is purely at the crust and not in the meat. Overall taste is good.

Parking: Chuze fitness is near by so you will have to wait a few minutes for parking spot in the evenings.

“Very Excellent! It's comparable to Raising Caine's , even the sauce. It's a little cheaper in price, and without the wait. They use REAL chicken not fake processed/pressed chicken. As an added bonus, they accept EBT Food. The only downside is it's hard to locate. It's a sub-let inside the Minimart on the corner. There's no outside signage.“

“Honestly I was going to order basic pizza. I'm glad I tried something new. My family loved the pizza . It has a very original taste it's not sure if it's garlic butter or something along those like got the Hawaiian which at most places the ham over powers the taste of pineapple but this place just knows how to cook it perfectly where your tasting the pineapple and all the other ingredients more then just the Canadian bacon, Aka ham. Just came here again to try their fish and shrimp and again, it was excellent. Most fish and shrimp places drown their fish in thick bread-like batter that makes you feel sick in a few bites. Here however, the fish and shrimp are fried in a seasoned thin peppery flour mix, basically a thin batter 🤤. I don't think I can go anywhere else for fried chicken and fish. “We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. We know that often times when you see something on IG and go experience a place in person it may not be as expected. That was NOT the case with Big Al's Pizzeria. WOW!! Really liked the peanut butter, the bbq, the Louisiana, we tried so many more and they were really good, can’t remember which ones I think the other were Thai chili and maybe Saigon kick.
