Quality excellent but service horrible. Asked no mayo but slathered top and bottom, making it almost inedible for me. Thank God for napkins. Almost 10 mns passed before my order taken with Noone else in line. Final insult was neither of our sandwiches were toasted. Isn't that the point?! I understand new location hiccups but c'mon. Bad first impression considering 1st time trying Jimmy John's.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and a side of potato salad that cost $3.50. The sandwiches were great but the amount of potato salad they give is a joke. Also they seem to not have the AC on during one of the hottest days of the year.

We ordered 2 sandwiches. 1 turkey sub that had 1 piece of turkey per half sandwich and an unwich which had very little meat 1 or 2 pieces. What a rip off!

We are regulars at this location and always get the tuna and veggie sandwiches. My favorite is the veggie but the last two times it was so salty! Some inconsistencies in the ingredient amount is to be expected by who's working there, but the avocado paste that goes in the veggie sandwich became so so salty lately. It almost has a bitter taste like someone poured baking soda in it. I hope this review reaches this location's management so they can regulate the salt.
10/10 on customer service. They exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond.

Jimmy John's is a sandwich shop which has never disappointed. Leaps & bounds better than Subway, I looked forward to a delicious deli meat sandwich for dinner.
Spicy East Coast Italian- Ordered w/ extra everything already included (tomato, onions, pickles, oil & vinegar etc.), a hefty sub awaited me. The double servings of Genoa salami & capocollo, provolone cheese, dragged through the garden. I loved it!
Service was good. I ordered through the app, and my Spicy East Coast Italian was ready, upon arrival. Jimmy John's is located at on the west side of Centerpointe La Palma, on the right of Isla Cuban-Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar.
All I needed was a lit candle on my sub sandwich. Jimmy John's made my birthday month just that much more brighter & joyous. I'm a fan and will continue being a Jimmy John's customer.
