Jimmy John's is a sandwich shop which has never disappointed. Leaps & bounds better than Subway, I looked forward to a delicious deli meat sandwich for dinner.
Spicy East Coast Italian- Ordered w/ extra everything already included (tomato, onions, pickles, oil & vinegar etc.), a hefty sub awaited me. The double servings of Genoa salami & capocollo, provolone cheese, dragged through the garden. I loved it!
Service was good. I ordered through the app, and my Spicy East Coast Italian was ready, upon arrival. Jimmy John's is located at on the west side of Centerpointe La Palma, on the right of Isla Cuban-Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar.
All I needed was a lit candle on my sub sandwich. Jimmy John's made my birthday month just that much more brighter & joyous. I'm a fan and will continue being a Jimmy John's customer.

First visit on 10/12/24 the employee who was making our food was very unfriendly. Didn't complete our order right. Completed our order before he was told fully what we wanted on it.

I ordered the big Jimmy Daddy and they added to muc poop. I asked for a smear and they added too much. 0-10,,,, but servixe was very good. timely manne tfood jajcame wiicklu wuickly and it wasn’t as yummy as i hope.

I mean it's Jimmy John's. It's good. This issue is...this place NEVER has lettuce for a lettuce wrap. Just the truth. I don't know if it's management or just the young folks having to deal with the person who does the ordering, but whatever it is, it hasn't been fixed.

Consistent with all the other JJs flavor wise Everything was quick and fresh, abided to allergy regulations and more.
Staff was friendly and kind, efficient and definitely well trained, everything came out in a flash.
Bathroom was extremely clean, and even smelled good.
I used to go here a couple of times a week, then I heard Jimmy was a big game game hunter and I ain't down with that so I stopped going. I could taste that bread for like 4 years and my friend said Jimmy isn't involved with this place anymore, he sold. So I went back and I wish I hadn't nothing like what I remember. But the good news I'm already over it. Haha

I've tried ordering on weekdays and weekends, lunch and dinner, and everytime this location never has delivery drivers available. They will still take your delivery order through the app, then will then call you and say you can either pick up the order or they can void it. Either staff up, or don't accept delivery orders.

I got screwed out of my free sub a long time ago and stopped really going but then started going again because there's a new group of people that are really really cool. So much better than Jersey Mike's.
