McDonald's is a popular restaurant with a good exterior appearance. The location can be tricky to navigate, but the visit is often pleasant. The food is usually hot, although it may take a while to get to the ordering point, especially at night when the self-service option is not available. The restaurant is generally clean and offers a variety of menu options, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, combo meals, burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, iced coffees, hot coffee, and mcflurrys. The inside has a children's playground and pictures on the walls, making it a nice place for families.
The personal kiosk behind the main kiosk allows customers to pay with cash, making the process quick and easy. After ordering and choosing to pay at the register, an assistant is available to help if needed. This feature was helpful when a meal deal with a missing McDouble was corrected promptly by the manager, ensuring a positive experience.
Most staff members are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers have built a strong bond with the staff, especially Stephanie and Katie, who are praised for their kindness. Many visitors appreciate the clean environment and good service, especially when table service is provided promptly. The drive-thru is also well-established, making it convenient for customers on the go. Overall, this location is highly recommended for its friendly staff, clean space, and variety of menu options.
