I went to the La Palma location with my brother and my 92 year old mother. The service was excellent, the food so fresh, the portions were plentiful. It was easy for my brother and myself to help our mother as she enjoyed all the food and service around us. The only suggestion I would make is to freshen up the outside with some paint and welcoming warm signs.
Cindy, the manager, Adeline, our assigned waitress, and Bobby, our server, make sure that all our experience's were very pleasant with the feeling to return very soon and bring more of our family to enjoy a relaxing day at Panda Inn La Palma!

Table was a little small for a party of six because the lazy susan took up most of the table space. When turning the lazy susan with the food platters the spoons would hit the glasses because of lack of space between the plates and lazy susan.

Food is always fresh and tastes very good. I love the Honey walnut shrimp. They sat us in the back which was kind of hard to get services. But once we got service they were fast.

This place is truly wonderful and filled with honest, kind people. Somehow my package was accidentally delivered here—it was a Christmas present for my husband. They were incredibly thoughtful and trustworthy, kept my package safe and secured, and made sure it was returned to me. Even though I had to drive an hour and a half to pick it up, they were so kind and understanding the entire time. It’s rare to come across this level of honesty and care. I’m beyond grateful—thank you again! 💛

You can have a good establishment but get one person, such as a rude woman open the door and hold it open and make it clear they want you to leave, and suddenly you realize the people we are letting into out beautiful state of California. Don't be rude you guys. I was wrapping up a kind greeting to the lovely woman behind the counter and you made it unnecessarily uncomfortable and acted out in extremely rude and unacceptable behavior. It's important to act like adults and learn self control. Especially in public and at the work place. Thank you to the male owner for all your kindness but after this one single experience I will certainly NOT being going back. Also, teach your staff proper etiquette for how to behave in public. Thank you.

I took my mom to Panda inn for her birthday, as she has been craving Chinese food for quite some time. It's hard to believe it's been 10 years since our last visit! Our server, IJ, was incredibly attentive, and I want to thank the manager, Matt, for helping me surprise my mom with a birthday cake. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was a perfect 10 out of 10! We will definitely be returning. :)

Got garlic noodles and orange chicken. Garlic noodles were extremely bland . . . 🍜 Orange chicken was underwhelming . . . 🐔 For the price that we paid, it is definitely not worth . . . 😞 LOOK AT THIS PHOTO. 😐 Jesus was our server. Walk in at 5:30 and sat at bar, walked by host desk, no greeting by Host. There was not one guest in the bar. The guy appeared behind the bar and asked me if I needed something, I asked him if I can eat at the bar, he said I would have to check to see if we're serving at the bar today, he returned and said they were not serving at the bar Very confusing getting the fact there was not one customer in the bar no offer to get me a table so I went and asked the host for a table, I was told they didn't have anything available until 8:45. I then got on my phone and checked OpenTable and found lots of available abilities before 845 booked a reservation at 6:45 on Open Table came back at 6:45 and was set immediately server didn't appear for almost 15 min. Ordered the beef salad and the panda beef. Food was excellent as always server never checked back on me. Never ask me for refill. Had to ask the bus boy to get my check. Had to ask the bus boy to run my check. First time at this location absolutely nothing like my past experiences at other locations. Disappointing.
