Been going here for 30 years, the food has not changed one bit and that's a good thing. It is delicious (and now, nostalgic). I do not live in the area anymore but every time I do come back and have a chance, I get their two entree combo with half chow mein half fried rice. My go-to is their orange chicken, pepper beef, jalepeno chicken, mushroom chicken, and their beef broccoli can't go wrong. (The kung pao chicken is best at Fusion Bowl in Eagle Rock, sorry Happy Wok).

Food was pretty spot on with the service. The atmosphere on the other hand was a bit off. Know that you can only pay in cash. If you're new, people will rudely stare you down until you make an order or just cut ahead. Workers are pretty on point with getting your food fast with good portions. I felt uncomfortable ordering food to the point that I took mine to go. If you got some decent change, give this place a try. Decently traditional Chinese food.

Pro- delicious most of the time, I recommend the jalapeño shrimp and bbq pork. Teriyaki chicken is a hit or miss

Con- the vegetables take up 1/3 or more when they scoop the chow mein, teriyaki chicken was quite burnt on my latest order.
