About Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a varied dining experience. While the citrus location has faced criticism for poor customer service, the La Puente location has received positive feedback for its manager, Amil, who is recognized for his sincere apologies and attentive care towards customers. The restaurant features a new kiosk for placing orders, which some customers find challenging, as it does not allow for questions. Food is generally considered good, with the chicken being highlighted as the best fast food chicken some have ever had. The fries and mashed potatoes are also noted for their great taste. Deals are available and service is typically quick, although there have been issues with order accuracy. Employee behavior varies, with some staff, like Miguel, going out of their way to help customers, while others show less attentiveness. The restaurant and drive-thru are kept clean, and it is also wheelchair accessible with a ramp and wide door. Overall, Popeyes has received recommendations for its food quality and cleanliness. Recent customer reviews highlight excellent service from staff like Miguel, who helped a first-time customer with the kiosk and explained menu options thoroughly. However, some customers feel that the food quality has declined compared to other locations, noting that the taste is not quite the same, despite the lemonade remaining delicious. Despite mixed opinions on the food, the staff continues to be friendly and attentive.
