La Michoacana Ice Cream

To Expensive and they are charging extra dollar for paying with Credit Card. Everything tastes old Wuacala. Nunca mas vuelvo a comprar.

I came to this location 3 days in a row for crepes and all 3 times they said que sigun no tienen Nutella. Either theyre lying or just being too lazy to go and make a crepe.

Most of the time that I go with my kids I see this! Chairs in top of the tables. Usually we get there around 9:20 pm . Service is poor! Always in a rush to leave

Very horrible service, bad attitude and they rush you to order your food if you walk in at 9pm. The location closes at 10pm and the chairs are on top of table so you can’t sit down. Customer service is always a key to a business you want to feel welcomed so you can return to the place. It was my first time coming here and this makes me not to come back even if their ice cream is good. Owners please train your employees for good customer service

Poor service! They are more in a rush of cleaning and leaving then taking care of the clients. I though they were closing because all tables were in top of the tables.

I really love the flavors and variety at this Miachoaca. Delicious! The service is terrible! Supposedly, they close at 10 pm and by 9 pm, they already have the chairs on top of the tables. They close the restroom access so you can't use it at 9 pm. The ladies, want to leave at 10 pm , and when they see people arriving, they get serious with a Very bad service!

They are super stingy on the portion of ice cream they gave.I ordered a banana split and I barely got a single scoop of ice cream for my entire banana split.

I’ve going to this michoacana since they opened trying to support local businesses but the staff always very rude like if they don’t like their job or something always asking 1 dollar extra for a little thing or 1 dollar for extra for another thing they trying to go home before closing is very rude that there’s people standing up in line to order and they already mopping the floor like come on. I hope the owner of this place talk to this girl with big lashes and blonde hair because I just saw that there are more complaints about the customer service of this employee.

Never had a bad experience till today girl with the big lashes and blonde hair gave us the tostito locos half empty not only that but it was just 9 and we could not sit down arrive was rushed like they wanted to leave already i would understand if it was 9:50 bit we couldn’t even sit down

They have such a wide variety of ice creams! Almost overwhelming haha! Their crepes are tasty, Super soft and sweet. Their natural juices are pretty good as well, and of course, their ice cream is a no brainer. Sometimes having a huge variety of something means less attention to flavors, but for this place, all their flavors are delicious. Definitely a spot to come for, for ice cream !

We ordered some crepes and they were raw!! We regret it! I asked why he didn't have the fruits and he said that was just a photo.

OMG THEY DID IT , they charge me 1 dollar for adding balentina on my lemon icecream plus is already super expensive 17 dollars for 3 scoops , PLUS THE ONE DOLLAR FOR SALSA 18.35 $ 👎
