USUALLLY THEY ARE ON POINT. BUT, NOT FRIDAY NIGHT! I KNOW THEY WERE BUSY BUT, MY MOTHER (IT WAS HER 78TH BDAY) AND I BOTH ORDERED THE COWBOY RIBEYE. BOTH REQUESTED MEDIUM. NOW, IT THE PAST, MEDIUM ALWAYS CAME A LITTLE BROWN AROUND THE EDGES AWITH A WARM PINK CENTER. NOT THIS NIGHT. I STUCK MY FORM IN IT AND IT WAS STILL MOOING!!! I USUALLY DON'T MIND IF IT'S MORE RARE IN THE CENTER OF THE STEAK BECAUSE I CAN NEVER FINISH A WHOLE STEAK SO HAVING IT ALMOST RARE MEANS WHEN...
Only thing I regret was getting their Texas margarita. The glass was very thin with a lot of ice, so very little drink in it, but it very good without too much alcohol making it too overpowering
Food: excellent. Service: above expectations. Atmosphere: slightly off excellent as we were placed right across the aisle from the wait staff cubby and it was WAY too crowded around there. We'll go there again for sure, but will require a better table.
