“We were here in Palm Desert for a competition and one of our parents recommended we try this spot. Great margaritas and absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I don't remember the name of the dishes we tried but the pin wheel shrimp and the pork Fajitas are just incredible. If you're in Palm Desert you have to try Guillmores!!! Definitely worth the trip“

“Absolutely Devine! My boyfriend and I came to celebrate my birthday and I was not disappointed. Their Ceviche de Pescado, birria plate and torta ahogada was exceptional true to the Guadalajara style cuisine. Their drinks were perfect they didn’t skimp on the tequila and the Michi was flavorful. Definitely recommend this place! Definitely will return. The family who owns this restaurant definitely takes pride in every plate they serve. Thank you for the hospitality.“
