Sushi was fresh and delicious. Johanna's service was very attentive yet not intrusive. Venue is very appealing and warm. One thing...the single handicap parking spot is inadequate. Can you fix that?

Okura is absolutely fabulous. Literally one of my favorite places to go. When you step inside this restaurant, it feels as if you're being teleported to a different world. Trust me, you have to see this place in person to truly appreciate how beautiful it is. The food... oh my goodness let's talk about the food! Absolutely delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about my dinner last night. Try the baked Alaskan roll and any of the meat skewers. My go to is the salmon skewers. Yum yum yum. Honestly, anything you order here will not disappoint. I'm already planning my next visit!

Servers need a LOT more training. They came to tables that were not ready to sit food down on several occasions knocking around dishes, cups, splashing over dipping sauces onto the table just to sit their plates down. Didn't come back to wipe it up. Ended with removing plates in a rushed manner (cause it was end of night (8:45) and spilled my tempura sauce all over the table, my pants and sandles and didnt even come back with something for me to wipe my foot off with (I used my napkin for the table and my pant leg). I addressed this with server and told him the entire evening had been like this and that management needed to have the servers and bus boys slow down and be more thoughtful. He brought us ice cream which no one wanted. Not what I would expect for a $350 meal experience. He said he shared with management and if he did I would have expected a manager to come over to our table to acknowledge it and hear me out.

It's always wonderful coming to Okura. It never disappoint us. I took my daughter out for our mother and daughter early dinner and we enjoyed the sushi's. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another dinner with my family. 🩷

Excellent fresh food. Always great servers. The hostesses at the front do an outstanding job getting guests sat. If I had one complaint, cocktails are too expensive for what you get.

Always consistent and surprisingly quick service in light of the Indian wells tennis tournament crowds.

We love sitting in the bar area, excellent happy! The restaurant dining room is beautiful!

The restaurant was nicely designed, comfortable and the service was okay. However, the food was not done properly. The chefs special sushi platter had the cheapest fish, not what we have come to expect from a chefs choice. The classic rainbow roll had mayo inside, which is not CLASSIC. For the price we didn’t expect the quality of supermarket sushi. If you Ike fresh, traditional Japanese food then stear clear!
