After trying a few breakfast spots in La Quinta, we found The Bunker Bar and we stopped looking.

I came in with plenty of time to spare before my morning tee time on the Mountain. The bartender, Maribel, was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was great, and the food was divine. Try the bacon and the overnight rice - that was a perfect combo and clean pre-round fuel I needed.
We came here for Thanksgiving lunch. The food was exceptional and the service was top notch. Our server, Noe was personable and attentive. Loved the table displays. The views are to die for. Highly recommend for a cocktail or a meal after a day on the course.
