If I could give a zero, I would. I continue to have problems with receiving the correct order. Tonight, I placed an order for delivery from the Blaze website, but only received 1/4 of the order. When I called (while the delivery person was still here) I was told that the rest of my order was still at the store and that I could pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up, I would have saved the extra $11 I paid for delivery and tip and picked it up. Then I was told that I could wait until tomorrow and talk to a manager...because that fixes feeding my family tonight. It's a joke! I will not be back, I have given them a few chances and every other order is missing something or wrong. Also, the pizza I did receive had a weird plastic mat on the bottom.

I almost never go into an establishment to order food within the last half hour... however, my boyfriend decided to surprise me and come over and of course I had no groceries in the fridge. So shortly after 930 I got into blaze pizza in La Verne and was greeted immediately by an associate. named Ashley. She was so patient and accommodating with all of my quirky order requests.Thank you for not making me feel like I was an inconvenience like many establishments do. I will gladly return because of Ashley's top tier customer service.

My go to place when I want pizza. Normally my experience is good. But have to say my experience was great today. Nice to be received with a positive great energy. Javier provided great customer service I even ordered more than I normally do. Look forward to my next visit. Food was delicious.

Blaze increased their prices again. Probably in response of the higher minimum wage for California. I will Likely eat out even less because of the higher prices. Now onto the food, I ordered two pizzas, one for the hubby and one for myself. I'm very disappointed. They overloaded the pizzas with lots of cheese, not a lot of toppings. This is their way of cutting cost and afford more minimum wage workers. I literally have to pluck off the extra cheese from my veggie pizza. It's disgusting , they are trying to kill their customers by clogging up our arteries. So I can't use the convenient online order option. I now have to watch them make my pizza to avoid these people using their cost saving tactics. Also I asked for extra mushrooms on my pizza, which they ignored. Also asked for roasted broccoli which they didn't put any. My husband's roasted chicken is undercooked. Disgusting experience.

This place has been consistently good when preparing my keto pizza especially when I ask for it well done. There are other locations that will seem to use the standard time, and I like having the pizza stay in a for a bit longer so that it's a bit more crunch and reduces the eggy consistency. Brian, Fernando, and the ladies have all been consistent with their service when I've come in, and I've started driving out to this location more versus the Indian Hill location (even though I live around here) because of the consistency. If you're looking for a good keto option, this location is worth it!

We were the second people in line on pi day. The restroom was disgusting. The toppings weren't spread over the whole pizza, one pizza was dripping balsamic sauce out of the box and another pizza burnt. No one had their hair covered.

Just came with my family after picking up my daughter from school.There was only one worker working at the time taking our orders and making the pizza while there were multiple customers waiting. Thank you Fernando for your hard work.Even under pressure/stress he gave great customer service! And the pizzas came out perfection.
Came in to order a pie and it was my first time here. I have to say, I was deeply impressed with Damien. He was very kind fast and professional. I sat in to eat and was impressed by the efficiency of his work ethic. When it was slow he began cleaning. Great staff, great pizza.

Las night I ordered 2 large and 2 medium pizzas, the taste was good but I find completely unacceptable that when I pick up the order and went home noticed the 2 large pizzas were burned, so I guess mi fault for not checking the pizzas before leaving because I can't even trust the quality of the food.

Well if the store states closes at 10, I ASSUME they are preparing food up until 10. NOT this Blaze! Doors were unlock, lights on and got there 9:45. Wife walked in and was at the counter I walk in and someone said "we are closed" looked at my phone and the sign on the door and had 15 minutes before their posted sign of their hours plus Google stated the same hours. Won't be going here again.
