Choose both. You can make your Mongolian style plate and while that's cooking grab another plate and add some additional items from the Chinese food self serve buffet. You walk in and decide if you'll be having Mongolian or Chinese. Them put on a glove on the hand that you'll be using to serve your food. Then serve yourself whatever your heart desires and as much. Food was excellent. Can't say much about Service and ambience because I don't believe there is any since it seems to be a Buffet style that you pay for by the pound. Prices were extremely reasonable and I have been back more than once I highly recommend it especially if you're hungry lol.One last thought is the fact that the item selection was very very good many items to choose from.

Good quality and good value. Nothing fancy. Self-serve either traditional Chinese food or Mongolian barbecue. The food is sold by the pound. If you want something that tastes good and is a good value for the dollar it’s worth your stop.
