El Pollo Loco offers delicious food, including perfectly cooked chicken with crispy skin. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, making for a pleasant dining experience. Parking is available, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Customers have noted that the restaurant is consistently very good, with professional and friendly service from the staff, and the chicken and sides are highly praised. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the new kiosk ordering system has received positive feedback. However, there is some inconsistency in customer service, as some staff members may not seem as friendly, which can affect the overall experience. Despite this, most find the restaurant enjoyable, though some feel prices are a bit high compared to other options. Overall, it remains a popular choice for tasty chicken and sides.
