“First off I just want a say I love the customer service. I love how everyone is super friendly. I’ve never been to a Dave’s hot chicken where I was greeted so nicely. Make sure you come to the one in West Covina if you want good customer service, there was this one worker named Isaac very nice. Very helpful. Made my Dave’s hot chicken experience worth the drive.“

“I was there eariler today. I had the best experience there ever. Both employees there were so nice and helpful! I didn't get her name, but the girl who helped me made sure my order was correct and prepared correctly. She even suggested the cheese sauce with our sandwiches and OMG mixed with the crimson sauce. “I drove all the way from LA for this AND IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!! the nice family working there was having dinner together and it was cute. They helped me save money by suggesting a combo instead. There arent any seats or public restrooms but the chickens so good i couldnt even be upset. Im happily eating this in my car right now“

“It's located next to Mi Pulgarcito Pupiseria Salvadoreña and near GS Ethiopian Cafe. I had went to this plaza for another restaurant but they closed already for lunch. I decided to try this grilled chicken place, reminds me of Juan Pollo or El Pollo Loco. It seems family owned with a young teen taking my order.

I chose to try the 16 piece family special with half spicy and regular chicken ($44.99) which came with 4 large sides, tortillas and salsa. I chose their macaroni salad, potato salad, rice, and beans. I got a lunch special for myself that came with a can of soda. The seasoning on the chicken was good, the spicy chicken had a good heat. The skin was crispy and the chicken was moist. My family did not like the sides of macaroni and potato salad.

The staff was nice and the wait time was not long.“

“This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn't get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.
Overall, This place is a Must Be when passing by. You will not be disappointed.

By the way, not sure why some people are giving this place low star's; I've grown up in bad, to good area's, so I know a thing or two, and know that this must be down bad people with a bit of money, or bad attitudes, and just want a free meal or hate on people doing good. “We have cravings for Korean food, but not the typical Korean BBQ. So we checked out Hanshin Pocha for the first time. Very down to earth setting. In the middle there's a big article and picture of the famous Korean chef (Chef Jong Won Paik) who also founded this chain of restaurants.

We told the server this is our first time so he was very helpful to explain the tradition and the type of food and what are their specialties.

We listened and ordered the whole fried chicken, the whole octopus, and the chicken feet stew!

We had such a good time! The food were exceptional! So tasty and fresh! You really have to try this place out and get the chicken!

Oh my we love it 😍 I cannot eat spice so I can only vouch for the Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper options however, I have tried bone in and boneless and I don’t have a favorite! It’s so hard to pick between the two! Both are perfectly cooked crispy outside and juicy inside! We usually order a side of French toast and enjoy every bite it’s perfectly made! My favorite comfort food for sure! I would also like to highlight the amazing customer service I have always experienced at this new establishment! I wish them all the success! They work so hard and make it easy for you to spend your money there… I noticed a decline in quality control, consistency and deals in today’s restaurants! “I know this shop used to have a not so great reputation in the 90's early 2000's, but honestly this is my go to now for croissants, deep fried fish, and some other Chinese stuff on the side. They have variety as far as their food and I personally love their ham/cheese/jalapeño croissants and their maple bars. Fried fish and chicken is definitely solid compared to other chain restaurants. If you're a pomona local check them out and stop by for breakfast or lunch! ❤️“

“I decided to try this place as it was closer than another popular hot chicken place and I think this place does some things better than that one. The chicken and sauce were more flavorful here and I especially liked the slider. The other place did have much crispier fries though. Overall, I’d say it’s a good alternative, especially if you’re looking for halal chicken.“

“I started going to this Waba Grill pretty recently when passing through the area, and I gotta say, it's my favorite one to go to! By far the cleanest one, my food is served quickly with the correct portions, and all in all I could tell people work efficiently around here. The last few times I went, I was served by Jaime and Alex; I've had different vibes from different workers across different locations, but I feel I get the best vibes when coming here and when I've been served by these two! 5/5 would recommend pulling up if you're in the area.“
