the chicken is very good and the sides too. the restaurant is clean. on the other hand the waitress kimberly does not like her job at all, she is not friendly. she makes a face when you ask her a question or ask her for a bag. really unpleasant unfortunately this can harm the image of your restaurant. in conclusion very good restaurant but avoid any contact with kimberly. without kimberly the rating would have been 5.

The meal was great,very tasty ?

Parking: The time I went about 2:30 p.mIt was not crowded at all so there was parking available

Kid-friendliness: No kids while I was there

Wheelchair accessibility: Did not see anyone in a wheelchair, but they do have flat ramps

Well if it was not for penny your employee cashier in the front with her smile . Your place would be nothing. She out of all employees working had a great personality. On The other hand the other cashier needs to be trained properly..im not sure if it's el pollo locos policy to ignore there customers while in front of the register.. she kept walking away until I got her attention..look !!!for the price of chicken here it should come with great customer service..let's...
