Dear manager, Daisy works mornings and messes up my husbands order most days. It’s always the same so you’d think she’d catch on. Again today, his plain sandwich was coated with mayo and lettuce and even though he had paid extra for cheese, he threw it away and had no food til lunch time. He has called in the past and was told to come the next day for a replacement. Rude Manager!!! Very sarcastic! He needs to get train for costumer service. I was in the drive thru and he was rushing me to order. Not even a minute. I told him give me one second. And when I am about to order he ignored me. I kept saying hello for a minute. Whoever the owner of this Jack in the box.. Please train your employees especially the manager of how to be nice and not rude!!!!!!
