This locations is always understaffed. During the lunch rush there is often ONE worker trying to keep up with walk-ins, online orders, and phone orders at the same time. The employees work hard to keep up but it is an overwhelming and unreasonable workload. Understaffing your business is a failure of management. For what y'all charge per sandwich, you can afford to be appropriately staffed!

Upon ordering, the girl at the counter informed us that they only had the small wheat bread and the tortilla wrap available and that the bread wouldn’t be ready for 30 mins maybe longer. I had planned to order 6 sandwiches. I guess I saved money and sadly they lost out on my business and money. I’m sure they knew that they were getting low on bread and should have prepared the bread long before they ran out. Don’t waste your time here.

Lacy,Jakeb and Juan Made my experience today so pleasant. They recommended to sign up on the rewards and I'm glad I did because I'm always here at least 2-3 times a week lol this location is honestly always friendly staff and fast and food is always on point thank you guys for being amazing!

Worse sandwich I've ever had. The turkey was rancid. It not only tasted bad but smelled rancid also. It was either old or not refrigerated properly. I could not get the bad taste out of my mouth for several hours after eating part of the sandwich, plus I felt ill all night and the next day. I called (within an hour of buying the sandwich) to let them know the turkey was rancid (so they wouldn't serve it to anyone else) - the only positive is that she was very apologetic and voided my payment.
Jimmy John’s Has Got To Be One Of Tree Best And Healthy Sandwich Shops Around Because It Had Delicious Food And Great Employees. I Remember When My Dad Brought Food From Jimmy John’s And Ate A Sandwich In June 2022, And I Ate A Cookie From Jimmy John’s. I Would Like To Try Some Of The Food From Here One Day. Overall, The Customer Service Is Wonderful And Useful

How do I rate something that literally seems to have random inconsistent hours?! Online says they're open till 9 however on multiple occasions they've been closed or not open at all! Unless I'm missing something and this one has it's hours written in invisible ink
