Ordered the nachos - all the chips tasted burnt. Watched our waitress dig through the trash to find something then walked over to the bar and grabbed our drinks and brought them over without washing her hands. Give it 3 stars because the kids loved the arcade and the atmosphere was fun.
Been coming here for years and am always so glad to be served by Amanda. She is always happy to see me and makes me feel welcome from the second I walk in to the second I leave. Our order is always correct and she makes sure it comes out in a timely manner. Amanda is what keeps us coming back to the Ranch and what has made my family loyal to this establishment for life.

New owner or just a sign of the times? Haven't had any issues for years, but recently there have been changes. Deader than dead. Midday used to be slightly busy and the evening used to be hopping. Lately the place has been worse than dead, including mid day. It's like a Bar Rescue scene but worse. Happy Hour.. Dead Hour.
