We were 10 minutes early for 5pm reservation. The hostess set us and told us the happy hour was still available. We were surprised that the happy hour menu had just what we wanted for dinner. The waiter came just about one minute after 5pm. We told him we wanted to order from hh menu and he sent in the order. The hostess was very helpful after I told her that I had a broken ankle and would like to have some pillows. She brought me some blankets “sorry no pillows “, she said....
The food and service was really great. Expensive, but that's normal these days. A dinner for two, no apps - just one cocktail and one main entree each was ~$115. Good place for a splurge dinner. It was my husband's birthday and they comped us a really lovely bread pudding dessert and didn't make a big deal about it (like an embarassing song). Really appreciated the lovely night out. <3 Recommend for a fancy dinner out with a casual vibe.
Food and service excellent except French Onion soup too salty and could not eat it. ISSUE- I ordered a hamburger at a cost of $25. That it OK. It included french fries, cheese, grilled onion and an egg. I told server I did not want cheese or the egg , but I wanted lettuce and tomato. Food was very good but I was charged $1 for the slice of tomato. I didn't care about the one dollar, especially paying well over $200 for a party of 4, but it is the Principle. What restaurant...
