We've dined at Dizz's for 40 years and although it's not the dining experience it used to be, it's still very good. The experience is unique and the prices are reasonable. Food is consistently good and portions are fairly generous. On this most recent visit, our party was one of only two in the restaurant, and yet the service was very slow. The bread also arrive burnt, but the server was quick to replace it when we asked. It wasn't the best dining experience...

Arriving at 6 on Sunday ment few people inside, parking was an issue as always. The interior deco is eclectic, some 40s and earlier, mismatched table service. Ordered reasonably priced bottle of wine, onion soup to start. The filet was perfect, as was the special fish grilled. The menu has most items as sauced, very interesting flavors. Dessert was the chocolate chip cake, so rich. Fun evening only annoyance was the occasional loud vehicle on PCH just outside.

This is my go-to in Laguna. If I am here for a week, I usually end up here twice for dinner. The vibe is chill, the service is solid, and the food is terrific! I had the Cornish hen and, as usual, it was fantastic.
