Edit: this review was from when it was Roux. We haven’t been to the new setup yet.
Phenomenal. We ordered half the menu and all the desserts for our party of 5. Every single dish was so flavorful and perfectly spicy. Kelly was our waiter and he was fantastic. We will absolutely be back!
So far, I have eaten here twice, and both times the food has been excellent. First time I had the chicken dijon dish, and second visit I had the ahi sandwich. Both were phenomenal! The restaurant is off the main strip PCH which is to it's favor. The atmosphere is quiet and cozy, and allows for an intimate setting for friends or date night (wink wink).

Stopped in here last night with my wife for an anniversary dinner. We were looking for a casual, low-key, neighborhood place. What a fantastic find! The food preparation was outstanding. I had the filet with crab cakes and my wife had the sea bass. Both done to perfection. Our server was super-attentive and very friendly. In addition, the live music on Saturdays is a great touch. Great artist that gave the place a nice vibe. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend.
Note: This restaurant occupies the former site of Roux Restaurant, which to it's credit, was also outstanding and will be missed.
Parking: Outside of downtown, on a secondary street, so you are removed from the Main Beach madness for parking. Parking was very easy and free.

What a wonderful cozy spot to have dinner. A little off the touristy path, the food was excellent and service delightful. Live music on Saturday combined with a cozy-yet-classy atmosphere made for a very nice dinner out with my wife. Definitely would recommend!

It is not an inclusive establishment or accommodating for people with food allergies. They refused to take cheese off a sandwich. Apparently, the chef thinks she has created a masterpiece bbq chicken sandwich that is above being altered ? saw dust festival booth

•Aesthetic "Date Night": I can only speak on being placed by the window, which in results the experience who I was with made it feel more intimate...
•Evan's Gourmet— For a date night is well recommended by me, again by only having the experience of sitting by the window. So I won't speak much about the atmosphere of this restaurant. Entrées with Dessert...

Locals small coastal town cuisine serving continental fare. Soon to become a locals secret spot without a doubt. They spare the hipster food & dish out actual good food. The wine list is paired nicely.
Tammy, the server, seemed excited to be a part of this place. Looking for a hyper local restaurant for dinner? This is the hidden gem.
