We were waiting to meet up with my family for dinner at CPK and decided to walk around for a bit. That is when we stumbled upon Hudson Cookies, and honestly it was the smell that pulled us in. My wife noticed it first and wanted to check it out. The moment she saw the cookie with cream in the display, she was sold. So of course, we had to try it. I was tempted to grab more because all of their cookies looked incredible. The chocolate chip one especially stood out. It did not look like your typical cookie. It looked more like a fluffy, doughy scone fresh out of the oven. The gentleman working there was kind enough to give us a sample and man, it was really good. We ended up getting the cookie cream sandwich and it did not last long at all. We had our eyes on the snickerdoodle and classic chocolate chip too, and those definitely looked worth coming back for. The staff was super sweet and very helpful while we asked some questions about their ingredients and all the different cookie options. They even had some gluten free choices which was great to see, even though we did not try them this time. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area or just in the mood for a really good cookie. Solid spot and definitely a nice surprise find for us.
If you’re visiting the Spectrum and in the mood for dessert, you need to stop by Hudson’s Cookies! The cookies and brownies are SO good!!
The quality and size justify the cost. It would be hard to eat more than 2 cookies since the sizes are so generous and they are filling in the best way. You can truly taste the quality ingredients in every bite.
Try their Oatmeal Butterscotch Salted Caramel. It’s unreal!
You can even ask them to warm up your cookie so it’s warm and gooey. I’d also recommend ordering a glass of their milk. It’s seriously best milk.
The owner has other locations as well (Mission San Juan Capistrano and Fashion Island). She is the loveliest woman and one heck of a baker. Give Hudsons a try!🍪
Delicious big oatmeal raisin cookie and big chocolate chip cookie 🍪. Soft and chewy and hits the spot for sweet craving.
Jesus Christ Loves You!!!
We stumbled upon this sweet spot a few years back & it is always a joy to stop in and chat with the owner while deciding just which incredible looking baked good we decide on. Their options are seriously all delicious looking, fresh, & made with quality ingredients. She truly puts her heart into her company, her relationship with her employees, and her baked goods! Thankful for such a tasty spot near by.
Our favorite item is the woopie pies with the real buttercream inside 😍😍😍
Hudson's chocolate chip cookies taste homemade. The experience is rounded off with milk in a glass bottle. It feels like you are having milk and cookies in a Leave It To Beaver episode. The milk and cookies were over ten dollars total, but it is a unique cookie experience and the cookie is a good size to share.
I walk by this place about a million times and I have never bought anything until now. I was seemingly drawn into this beautiful, floral iced, sugar cookie. The cookie itself is huge and the icing is very sweet. Very good - but quite expensive. One cookie is enough to fill your sweet tooth for awhile.

Salted caramel cookie was Amazing. Wow. Wish we had this place where I'm from. Blows crumble out of the water.
Mall food court is just dead atmosphere in general. The employee tried but the death of the mall food court is just hard to overcome. The cookie was tasteless and for $7, I expected a lot more than a dry boring cookie. It was event the chocolate peanut butter cookie and the peanut butter was more word than flavor and the chocolate was a look not a taste. I will not return.

Stopped be Fashion Island with my boyfriend, and I'd like to try some cookies since it looks very good.I bought two, one for eat right away and other saves for tomorrow. Since I carried a lot of things, I asked for a bag so I didn't break my cookies, the cashier said she didn't carry any bags at the moment. Then we stepped on the elevator and saw there were still some bags hanging.Do you ask to spend a certain amount to have a bag in the store or because I didn't look like rich Asian so I got treated differently?Poor customer service
I’m a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur so was tempted to try out Hudsons when I passed it at Fashion Island. The display of cookies and desserts was beautiful and looked so delicious. I opted for the chocolate chip cookie that was $6.40. The hand sized cookie was beautifully soft and packed with chocolate chips. I only wish this one had more sea salt flakes on top. I’m a baker myself and understand that they always fall off after cooking so no fault of the company. The only tip I’d give is to hand place a few chocolate chips on top after they come out of the oven. It’s more time consuming but makes them look picture perfect and Instagram worthy.
Holy moly, wasn’t expecting much but literally the best snickerdoodle I’ve had in my life. Read the founder’s story - she was like a mad scientist, experimenting through hundreds of batches until she reached perfection. And it shows! DELISH.
Best cookies I've had and the young lady at the front was very nice and provided great service.
